At first praise to Allah SWT as for his grace and guidance we can all gather here in this moment in The Electoral of the Chairman of Intraschool Organization 2013-2014.

As you all know my name is Ghalib Bima Gema Ramadhan from XI 2 as the first candidate of the chairman Intraschool Organization. In this stage i would like to tell you about my vision and mission also the project i would like to do if i become the chairman.

The first vision is to make a system where teachers and the students has a good and well connection for each other. Which i mean there will be no more otority from one of the side to another side. We talk about a democracy system. Even not fully democracy because after all, the teachers are also our parents so they have the responsible to control and manage our education system.

But for the students side i want they have a freedom to speech and to give opinions also making the policy to choose which lesson they want to take and have to take. Because not all the students have to be good in all lessons. Some of the student want to be a writer some of them want to be an engineer so beside the exact lessons i think they can choose their own extra lessons for their future.

And for that reason it comes to my second vision that is to make the extracuriculler system well. The best job comes from their passion which is they can to improve their experience and hobbies or passion in the extracuriculler ways.

Ladies and gemtlemen, why do i put system in the visions? You know what, it bcause system is the pondation of all buildings. It's like the semen of our house, without semen all the bricks not conncted and there is no bonds between them so it will very easy to break it down, if you all know what i mean.

And my missions for that 2 big vision are to open the table of opinions of the students and to improvise the extracuriculler managibility and their system.

The project that i would lik to do are to make a big competition whic will be filled with the extracuriculler that we have and it will be open for all people not for us only. With that the people can improve their experience.

A thunderstorm, also known as an electrical storm, a lightning storm,thundershower or simply a storm, is a form of turbulent weathercharacterized by the presence of lightning and its acoustic effect on theEarth's atmosphere known as thunder.^[1] The meteorologically assignedcloud type associated with the thunderstorm is the cumulonimbus. Thunderstorms are usually accompanied by strong winds, heavy rain and sometimes snow, sleet, hail, or no precipitation at all. Those that cause hail to fall are called hailstorms. Thunderstorms may line up in a series orrainband, known as a squall line. Strong or severe thunderstorms may rotate, known as supercells. While most thunderstorms move with the mean wind flow through the layer of the troposphere that they occupy, vertical wind shear causes a deviation in their course at a right angle to the wind shear direction.

Thunderstorms result from the rapid upward movement of warm, moist air. They can occur inside warm, moist air masses and at fronts. As the warm, moist air moves upward, it cools, condenses, and forms cumulonimbus clouds that can reach heights of over 20 km (12.45 miles). As the rising air reaches its dew point, water droplets and ice form and begin falling the long distance through the clouds towards the Earth's surface. As the droplets fall, they collide with other droplets and become larger. The falling droplets create a downdraft of cold air and moisture that spreads out at the Earth's surface, causing the strong winds commonly associated with thunderstorms, and occasionally fog.

I would like to share you about my holiday!

Bakdes

One of my holiday time was spending moments with my friends in Bakdes or Bakti Desa. I went there with all of #32015. It was a great time we were divided into 8 group from our class, and about my group i got Darso and Sobari with me. We were living for about 3 days in Mr. Yana's house in RW 15. We were separated from the other group in our class. They all got RW 17. In that homy village i was very happy to know how it feels like to live in the courtyard. And these is one of my photo there.

I was forget to bring my camera so there's mot that much the photo of me, anyway i had a great time there.

Gamtek

In my school there is a lesson called Gambar Teknik or we can call it Gamtek. The task of it was very very very uneasy to do. From the beginning where we have to weite letters with the rules like the size and we have to have a ruler to write it. And now i have a task to make a monochromatic and polichromatic drawings.

It was very difficult in the first time, it is so hard to mix the colour and to stick it to the paper.

But in the very end i finished it and it was not that bad eheee
